What is K&B's Return Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries - we are here to help!
1) In-Stock Items
General (off the shelf) Merchandise returns can be made for free. We understand that you may occasionally need to exchange an item for a different size or color. You will not be charged a restocking fee for these returns. However, you will be charged the cost to ship the replacement item if we ship the item to you again.
Simply return your item with receipt within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund minus the shipping. In all cases, items being returned must be in NEW condition and must not have been worn.
2) Special Orders
Items that we special order from the supplier to meet your specific needs may be returned. however, we will charge you as a pass through (with no additional mark-up) the restocking fee charged to us by the supplier.
An example here is when someone asks us to order say two dozen hoodies from a particular supplier in their color of choice, but then realize later that some of the sizes are wrong for their team. In this case, the Supplier would charge K&B a restocking for the items that we return to them. In this case, we would make the return to the supplier for the correct size quantities and pass that restocking fee plus any additional shipping to and from the supplier on to the customer.
3) Customized Items
Our standard Return Policy does not apply to Customized Items. Generally, all sales are FINAL for customized items. This includes items that are enhanced with embroidery and/or other applique methods where the items cannot be resold even if in perfect condition after being personalized. However, if an error occurred in processing or packaging your customized item, please contact a K&B representative.
We will work with the customer to remedy these situations the best we can. Therefore, if you are uncertain about returning your customized items, please contact a K&B Representative directly to go over the details of the return inquiry.
